- I approached this recipe as if I were making a "shougayaki style" dish. The strong seasoning goes incredibly well with silken tofu. This makes a nice side dish on its own or a meal when paired with 1/2 a pack of silken tofu. You could also garnish it with minced green onions if you wish.

- 2-3 Chicken Thighs
- Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1/4 tbsp Miso
- 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- An easy recipe with minimal clean up, you simply add the chicken thighs in the steamer portion of the rice cooker, whilst cooking 2 cups of rice in the cooker pot. :D (image coming soon)
