Ingredients

8 people
  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1 tspVanilla
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1/3 CupButter Softened + 2 Tbsp for the pan
  6. 6 TbspCocoa Powder
  7. 1 CupChopped Peanuts or any nuts
  8. 3/4 CupFlour

Steps

  1. 1

    Butter pan generously

  2. 2

    Whisk egg, sugar, vanilla, salt

  3. 3

    Whisk in soft butter until partially combined (rice like)

  4. 4

    Whisk in cocoa power and nuts

  5. 5

    Stir in flour until just combined

  6. 6

    Spread in pan, bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

  7. 7

    Cool for 20 mins before cutting into squares
