Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan & add chopped onions. Cook on low flame till it becomes translucent.

Add salt & red chilli powder, saute.Now add chopped green chilli & chopped tomatoes.Cook till they become mushy.

Take the inner part of all eggs in a bowl & beat them.Now add them in masala & cook on low flame till they become juicy.Stir constantly.

Serve hot with paratha.
