Cooking Instructions

5 Potatoes ko boil kar ke kush kar lein.

2 slice Bread crums or 6 tbsp Cornflour dein.

1/2 tsp Red chilli powder or 1/2 tsp salt dal dein
- 4
Achi trah mix kar lein, ke dough ban Jaye. Dough narm lgy to Cornflour or bread crums or dal lein, ta ke dough set hojaye.

Aik ghanty ke liye farij mein rakh dein, ta ke dough set hojaye or smily easily ban jayen

Butter paper bicha dein. Oil se grease kar lein
- 7
Dough ke 2 hissy kar lein.

Aik hissy ko butter paper par hath ki mdad se phaila lein.

Zyada patla na phailayen.. Motai honi chahye, ta ke cutting hojayen.

Jis cookie cutter se apny cut krna Hai. Us ko round me cornflour lgayen.

Cornflour lgany se easily cookie cutter se cut ho ke bahir a jayga or cutter par dough ni chipkyghi

Straw se eyes bana lein. Or plastic ke spoon se smily bana lein.

Plastic ke spoon se achi smily bnti Hai. Steel se spoon se smily sahi ni bnti.

Oil me fry kar lein. Oil km garam hoga to jo b hm cheez fry karein to wo zyada oil jazab kar leta Hai

Oil sahi garam hona chahye. To potato smily perfect fry hongy or oil apny Andr jazab ni krengy.
