Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled couscous
  2. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  3. handfulshredded cabbage
  4. 1 teaspoonCrushed garlic and ginger
  5. HandfulChopped coriander and mint leaves
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 1chopped tomato
  8. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  10. 2 tablespoonsOil
  11. 1/2 spoonCummin seed
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan put oil add cumin seed for seasoning then add onion tomato, crushed ginger garlic, etc., except boiled couscous mix well and close the lid for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally

    Open the lid add boiled couscous.

    Add some more chopped coriander leaves, roasted cashews to garnish, Taste it.
