Mix union and meat together and shape it to ball fried in the oil

Boil rice then drain it for tahdig first. Pour some oil and saffron then place flatbread on the bottom, add layers of sour cherry and sauce and rice on the top. For the final layer, add meatball and rice, and pour melted butter on the top

At last step you can add some cinnamon option leave it for steam about 30 min
