Strawberry Preserves Strawberry Preserves
I make strawberry jam every year in the spring, but it's a shame that the berries disintegrate if you cook them for a long time. So I figured out a way of retaining the shape of the berries by staggering the cooking times for the berries and juice.Small berries are better suited for this recipe. The jam will thicken when it's cool due to the pectin, so stop cooking when it's still a little liquid. Strawberry Mousse Strawberry Mousse
I heard that strawberries, which contain plenty of folic acid, are good for expectant mothers, so I came up with a delicious way of enjoying them. If the strawberries are sweet, you only need a small amount of sugar. The key to the light, airy texture is not whipping the heavy cream too much! Even slightly tart or unripened strawberries can turn into a stylish dessert. For 4 servings. Recipe by Nagomipan cookpad.japan -
