    Wash and cut ur spinach, fry groundnut in a pan on lower heat for 5 minutes, put down and it to cool,

    Grind the groundnut, I use mortar and pestle

    Wash and blend tomatoes, pepper, onion, crayfish together, Wash and marinate goat meat and cook for 30 minutes,

    Add the cooked goat meat and groundnut paste and stir, cook on lower heat for 5 minutes,

    Add seasoning, spring onion and yakuwa and stir cover and allow it to cook for 5 minutes, add spinach and stir cover allow to stream for another 5 minutes.

    Serve with semo/ waina, tuwon shinkafa, sinasir
