    Spread the groundnuts on the roasting tray, just one layer, no nut on top of another, sprinkle a little water, add salt and rub

    Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees

  3. 3

    Roast for 10 mins or once you hear the nuts popping, then turn the groundnuts using a wooden spoon so all sides roast, and roast for another 10mins and voila they are ready.
