Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1small Onion
  3. 1ripe Tomato
  4. 1small capsicum
  5. 1green chillie
  6. 1 tspcooking oil
  7. 1/2 tsppepper dry (black)
  8. 2.5 gmsCorrainder leaves
  9. 1 tspginger dry
  10. 1 tspgarlic fresh

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk egg in a bowl till light and forthy

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan saute chilles and onions till translucent

  3. 3

    Add giner and garlic and saute for a minute

  4. 4

    Add tomato, capsicum, salt and pepper and saute for 2 mins

  5. 5

    Add the egg and stir continuously

  6. 6

    Cool till eggs look firm

  7. 7

    Add corrainder leaves and serve hot
