Ingredients

45 minutes
4 to 5 servings
  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoonbaking soda
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. As required oil for frying
  7. 3 tablespoonyoghurt
  8. 200 gmdark chocolate compound
  9. 1 tspbutter
  10. As required colorful balls and threads For Garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First of all, mix all the dry ingredients in the flour and mix well and add 2 tbsp of oil and knead the dough with curd and leave it for half an hour.

    Now take a thick dough of flour and make a big roti.

    Now cut it with a round cutter. Then cut the middle round with small cutter.

    Now fry it in hot oil on low flame till it becomes golden.

    Now keep the chocolate compound melting with the help of a double boiler. Add 1 tbsp butter mix well.

    Now dip the donuts in it.

    Then sprinkle colored balls on it and garnish. Our delicious donuts are ready.
