Beef ko wash kar ke bones se alag kar ke iski choti botiyan kar lein.

Ab isay chopper me chop kar ke bareek keema bana lein.

Ik bowl me keema dal kar tamam ingredients add karden.

Ab isko achi tarha mix karlen.aur 2 hrs ke liye rest dein

Ab koylon ko garamkarlen.

Keemay to seekh me piro lein.oil se halka halka brushing b kar lein.

Achi tarha se koylon per saikte jayen. oil se greasing b karte jayen.

Jab har taraf se sikh jaye to dish out karlen. Seekh kabab ready hain. serve with green chutney or onion rings with paratha.. Enjoy !
