A Mexican twist on an Italian classic: avocado adds a touch of sweetness that goes quite well with the Balsamic vinegar! An instant favorite at home!

Ingredients

  1. 2balls of buffalo mozzarella
  2. 2Roma tomatoes
  3. 1avocado
  4. To taste:
  5. fresh dill
  6. balsamic vinegar
  7. olive oil
  8. salt
  9. freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the tomatoes and the Mozzarella into eight slices each and arrange on plate: one slice of tomato on top of each slice of cheese.

    Add chunks of avocado (one avocado should be plenty for both servings). Sprinkle with dill, salt, and pepper.

    Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
