In a bowl cream the butter and sugar then add the eggs one at a time then add the flavor then mix the flour and baking powder then Divide the flour into three add one portion of the flour and mix then add half of the milk and mix add the flour mix then add the milk mix and add the remaining portion of flour mix using a spatula to remove the air in the batter.

Line up the baking tray with the cupcakes papers scoop in one tablespoon of the batter in each then pre heat the oven and bake for 15 minutes
