Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3/4 cupButter
  2. 3/4 cupSugar
  3. 4Eggs
  4. 1+1/3 cupPlain flour
  5. 1+1/2 tspBaking powder
  6. 1 pinchNamak
  7. 2 tbspMilk
  8. 1/2 tspLemon Essence
  9. 1/2 tspVanilla Essence
  10. 2-3 dropsYellow food color

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat butter n sugar on low speed till creamy,

  2. 2

    Add eggs one by one n beat for 2-3 minutes

  3. 3

    Sieve flour, baking powder, salt n mix in it

  4. 4

    Add milk, lemon essence, vanilla essence n mix it gently.

  5. 5

    Grease mould with butter, n dust flour n add cake mix.

  6. 6

    Bake at 180 c° for 40-45 mints, let it cool down n cut
