Ingredients

  1. 2&1/2 cup of bean
  2. 3large Scotchbonnets & onion
  3. 1 tbspnsalt & mixed spices
  4. 1large egg
  5. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the beans in water for 15mins, pour in mortar & grind so as the nose of the beans gets removed, wash & add the washed slices scotchbonnets & onions, blend with a little water.

    Pour in a clean bowl,add the salt & spices with the egg beat using mixer, heat the oil, scoop & suspend the batter in hot oil, serve & enjoy.
