  2. 3/4 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. As per tasteSalt
  6. Forfilling (chicken tikka)
  7. 200 gramschicken boneless
  8. 1 tbsphung curd
  9. 1 tbsptandoori masala
  10. 1 tspkashmiri chilli powder
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. 1 tsplemon juice
  13. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  14. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. 1 tbspoil for tikka
  17. 2 medium sizedonion(thin slices)
  18. 2chopped green chillies
  19. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  20. 2 tbsplemon juice
  21. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  22. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  23. 1/4 cupoil for frying roll covering
  24. 4eggs
  25. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take ingredients for a roll covering. Mix and make a semi-soft dough by adding some water. Cover and keep aside.

    In another bowl take chicken pieces, add curd, lemon juice, and all the spices mentioned. Add salt also and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, arrange chicken pieces into skewers. Heat a non -stick pan. Add oil and grill skewers on low -medium flame till done. Keep aside.

    Now prepare to cover of egg roll. Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Take 1 portion. Roll out into a roti. Make spirals and roll like a lachcha paratha.

    Heat a tawa. Put the paratha on tawa and cook 1 side for 1 minute. Flip and pour 1 egg (blended)on the paratha. Spread on the whole paratha. Flip after 1 minute and fry on both sides after adding some oil. Take out and keep aside. Prepare all parathas in the same way.

    Making chicken egg roll: Put 1 tsp tomato ketchup on 1 paratha. Add 2 tbsp sliced onion, some chopped green chilies, and coriander leaves. Put chicken tikka of 1 skewer on onion slices. Add lemon juice and 1 tbsp mayonnaise.

    Roll and cover the one end with a kitchen napkin or aluminum foil. Serve.
