Simple ,yet delicious 2 ingredients mango flavour vegan ice cream.
Cooking Instructions

Peel Alphonso Mangoes. Chopped into pieces. Keep aside.

In big board vessel add lots of ice. On it keep another deep big vessel filled with tropolite non dairy whipped cream.

Beat whip cream with electric beater for 3-4 mins. Add chopped mango pieces. Again beat for 4-5 mins till fluffy and double in quantity.

Pour it into freezer safe container with lid. Chill / freeze it for 8-10 hours or overnight.

Serve/ relish delicious Alphonso Mango Ice cream in dessert.
