Japanese Cheese Cake

Helloooo selamat pagi, dulu aku pernah bikin chedar cheesecake dan hari ini aku bikin yg original.. my all time favorite Japanese Cotton Cheesecake, it tasted super light, soft and flufy, and best of all not too sweet.
Cara Membuat

Panaskan oven 150 °C

Pisahkan kuning telor dan putih telor

Siapkan air panas. Lelehkan cream cheese, butter dan susu dng cara double boiler (tim) menggunakan air panas yg sdh disiapkan td. Aduk sampai leleh.

Angkat dari panci tim. Masukkan tepung, aduk sampai tercampur. Masukkan kuning telor dan aduk. Saring agar tdk menggerindil.

Mixer putih telor sampai berbusa, masukkan gula secara bertahap (3 tahap). Mixer sampai soft peak.

Campur adonan kuning telur dan putih telur dan aduk balik.

Siapkan 2 loyang kecil dan 1 besar untuk diisi air. Tuang adonan ke loyang kecil ukuran 15 cm(alasi dng baking paper dan olesi minyak, hentakkan agar udara keluar. Taruh diloyang besar yg sdh diisi air panas. Panggang 150 °C secara 3 tahap, pertama selama 20 menit, kedua beri celah pd pintu oven dan panggang selama 25 menit, ketiga putar loyang dan panggang 25 menit dng celah oven sedikit terbuka. Bila sdh matang keluarkan dr oven dan tunggu dingin baru keluarkan dr loyang.
