  1. 2 KgTomato Ripe (1.5 Kg) After remove seed
  2. 5Nos Lemon (Juice & Zest)
  3. 5Nos Grapefruit (Juice & Zest) 300 ml Juice
  4. 20 gmApple Mint Leaf
  5. 120 mlMonin Passion Fruit Syrup
  6. 1 TbspBrown Sugar
  7. 2 TbspRaspberry Vinegar
  8. 2 TspXantana (Can replace with Xanthan Gum)
  9. 40 mlGrapeseed or Sunflower or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  10. 400 gmRed Capsicum (Optional)

Cara Memasak

    Cut each tomato to four, coring them (scoop out the white flesh and seeds)

  2. 2

    Zest both grapefruit and lemon skin.

  3. 3

    Then cut to half and squeeze out the juice use juicer.

  4. 4

    Blend tomato with lemon and grapefruit juice and apple mint leaf until smooth. Then add Xatana and blend for another 30 second. Last add in oil and stir.

    Add all reamain ingredients (Monin passionfruit, brown sugar, vinegar) and mix well. Ready to serve as summer salad dressing or as soup.
