Ingredients

  1. For Filling -
  2. 3 cupcabbage shredded
  3. 1(1/2cup)carrot shredded
  4. 1/4 cupcapsicum juillenned
  5. 2 springsspring onions (white and green)
  6. 1-2 spoonoil (olive)
  7. 1-2 spoonsoya sauce
  8. 1 spoonvinegar
  9. 1/2 spoonblack peper powder
  10. as per tasteSalt very less
  11. 1 cupcooked noodles
  12. For Spring Rolls -
  13. 6spring roll wrappers frozen
  14. As per neededoil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to hot pan saute spring onions whites and all veggies except onion greens fry until half done.

    Now add soya sauce vinegar onion greens black peper powder salt mix all well. Off the gas flame.

    If using noodles boil them rinse well and drain completely add them to stir fried veggies and fry add 1 spoon more soya sauce sprinkle salt black peper powder. Cool this completely.

    For Rolls -
    Spread 1 wrapper place spoonful stuffing roll edges inner side cover the stuffing.

    Bring sides to center dampen the leftover edges and roll the wrapper to seal. Keep them covered.

  6. 6

    Heat oil until hot drop rolls and fry by stirring until golden.

  7. 7

    Remove on kitchen tissu
    Serve hot with ketchup.
