In a sauce pan /tea pan
Add the water,milk and bring it to boil,when starting to boil add crusted ginger and tea and mix well or stir it. - 2
When become colour dark and change add sugar and boil for 5 mint,ginger flavour become comes in tea and Smell feels very good.turn off flame and strains tea in a cup.serve hot and enjoy.
