Caramel Milk Tea

I combined my favourite caramel and milk tea. It's easy to make using just one saucepan.
It's quite sweet, so it might be better to reduce the amount of sugar and water? I like very sweet milk tea.
If you don't make a rich-coloured caramel, it will just look like usual milk tea, so be careful. Recipe by Izumiuna

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and turn on the heat.
- 2
After 2 - 3 minutes, it will turn a caramel colour. Quickly remove from the heat and make a strong caramel. (The tea I used this time is shown in this photo above the pan.)
- 3
For your reference: It's a bit difficult to see, but I usually remove it from the heat when it looks like this.
- 4
When it has turned a suitable colour, add a little milk to neutralize the caramel. Next, add all the milk and the tea bags.
- 5
Bring to the boil over medium heat. When you smell the aroma of the black tea, stop the heat, cover with a lid, and steep for a minute.
- 6
If you are making iced tea, use half the amount of milk. It's delicious if you add 1 tablespoon of powdered skimmed milk.
- 7
Add the remaining milk and mix gently. Then, pour it into a glass filled with ice cubes.

Milk Tea Jam Milk Tea Jam
While I was making milk jam, I got the urge to make milk tea jam.Make this when you have time to spare. You can't leave the pan while this is cooking. When this is simmering, the room will become filled with a wonderful aroma. The jam will thicken when cooled, but at 200 ml it will still be in liquid form. If you have the patience, keep simmering until it's about 180 ml, and the consistency will be perfect. If it's still too thin when cooled, you can return it to the heat and simmer it for longer. Royal Milk Tea Royal Milk Tea
This is sooo rare that I could enjoy and sip a cup of milk tea. Just curious about how to make delicious tea, I was bumped into this recipe which I found from youtube, but I substituted the white sugar with brown sugar, surprisingly it was delicious and creamy too, though I used low fat milk.Note:This tea perhaps would taste wonderful if it's added with vanilla bean, just wondering 😁😁😁 Yanny Widjanarko
