  • 1 cupOil /ghee
  • 2Mashed bananas

    In mixing bowl add flour, powder sugar vanilla essence egg milk mix

    Mix it

    Add mashed bananas

    Whisk it will add more milk if you need it

    Now in non-stick fry Pan add 2 tbs ghee or oil take 1 large spoon of batter and fry it

    Flip it very carefully

    Put it on butter paper to absorb oil
