Fried Green Beans with Ham & Radish Greens

I recently went to a local farmer's market and acquired fresh locally grown green beans & radishes. I also recently acquired the knowledge that you can eat radish leaves! 😏 They are actually very nutritious and are similar to using spinach, kale, or any other greens. I had a few slices of ham left and figured why not throw it all together! 🤷🏻♀️👍 I accidentally used too much oil so this was a bit greasy this time but was still very yummy. It was gone before half the family could even get any and I had a few angry children that they'd missed out! 🤦🏻♀️😂 Next time I will definitely have to double the recipe for my large family! 👌 This makes a great side dish or appetizer, and even a delicious main course as well. 👏🤤

This food is one of my mom's favorite recipes for her children. When I was kid, for a working mom like her, preparing this food was an advantegous because of its timeless to prepare and its rich taste as well. Green beans are great in taste and in texture. They are sweet and crunchy. For any cook with green beans, the key is always "dont cook them too long or you will loose their great taste". hanimma -
