Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.Ground Beef
  2. Flour
  3. 1/4 C.Onion, diced
  4. 1 CloveGarlic, minced
  5. 2-15 ozCans Diced Tomatoes
  6. Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix beef & enough flour for meat to stick well together.

    Roll out meat to ½"thick. With a sharp knife cut into 1" squares.

  3. 3

    Place meat in a skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Easiest to work in batches. Set meat aside.

    In a little oil, sauté the onion and garlic. Add meat back to skillet and pour in both cans of tomatoes.

    Cover and simmer for 2 hours over med-low heat. Stirring occasionally.

    Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and with any favorite vegetable.
