Cara Membuat

Slice thinly garlic and chillies

On separate bowl, mix well oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar

On medium high heat, start to stir fry the garlic and chillies till it fragrant. Change the heat to high, then add the pork belly. Keep stirring.

When pork is cooked, add the mixed sauces prepared before. Mix well. Then after 2-3 minutes add the basil (put the heat to medium low)

After the basil get wilted, put a lid on for a while to make sure all the sauces are well absorbed. Then add sweet soy sauce in the end to add some sweetness and pretty brown color. Keep it on low heat for 5 minutes and done! Best enjoy with freshly cooked rice 😋
