Cara Memasak

Cut and slice onions and garlic, mix well with some black and white pepper

Stir fry with medium heat the mixture until it turns yellowish and a little crisp

Now, mix our well stir mixture with our 400g meatballs, shape it as you like, add some more peppers and salt

Add some margarine to our cooking pan, now diffuse our meatball on the pan, cook it as your preference (rare,medium rare, well-done, etc...)

Grill our mission wrap onto our pan, let it crisp a little for better taste and sensation

Clean our cabbage and slice it nicely onto small pieces
- 7
Wrap the meatball with balance portion of meatball and cabbage, dress it with our condiments and sauces

Now your meatball wrap is ready to be serve !

Sebab menu ni ringan bagi kita orang Malaysia yang biasa makan nasi ni, menu wrap ni bolehlah korang buat untuk dijadikan breakfast ataupun sahur. Kalau family Kak Jeki, dinner dengan menu wrap ni dan sedikit salad sayuran pun dah cukup.Suami dan anak-anak Kak Jeki memang suka sangat makan wrap tak kiralah kat kedai arab ke, Kyros Kebab, KFC, Subway, semua kami suke. Anak lelaki Kak Jeki, Eidlan panggil wrap ni ‘keju & roti’ sebab tengok cerita katun Superwings :). Bayangkan dia cakap, ” Mama, Eidlan nak makan keju & roti”.
