  1. 500 gChicken - cut into bite-sized
  2. Enough Cooking oil
  3. 2pieces Dry chilies - cut in an inch length and seeded
  4. 1thumb size Minced garlic
  5. 1/2Large onion - cut into wedges
  6. Adjustable Water
  7. 5stalk Spring onion - clean & cut into an inch length
  8. Ingredient A: marinate
  9. 1/2 tspPepper powder
  10. 1 tspSesame oil
  11. A pich Salt
  12. 1nos Egg
  13. 1/2 tbspCorn flour
  14. Ingredient B: seasoning
  15. 1 tspSugar
  16. 1/2 tspSesame oil
  17. 1/8 tspPepper powder
  18. 1 tspOyster sauce
  19. 3/4 tspAJI-NO-MOTO®
  20. 1/2 tspSour plum sauce
  21. 1/2 tspDark soy sauce
  22. 1 tspTomato sauce
  23. 1 tspLP sauce

Cara Memasak

    Marinate the chicken with ingredient (A) about 30 minutes.

    Heat oil in wok, deep-fry the marinated chicken, set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat some oil in another wok, sauté dry chilies and garlic.

  4. 4

    Add in large onions, water and seasoning (B), then continue to stir-fry.

  5. 5

    Add in the chicken and spring onion, mix well.

    Dish out and serve hot.
