    In a sauce pan /tea pan
    Add the water,milk and bring it to boil,when starting to boil add crusted ginger and tea and mix well or stir it.

    When become colour dark and change add sugar and boil for 5 mint,ginger flavour become comes in tea and Smell feels very good.turn off flame and strains tea in a cup.serve hot and enjoy.
