  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsoda
  5. 1/2 teaspoonrai
  6. as per requirementwater

    In a mixing bowl add curd and whisk well. add semolina and salt mixed with curd. add 1/2 cup water and make a semi-thick batter. cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

    After that semolina absorbed the water so add some more water and make a pouring consistency batter. Add baking soda. whisk again and pour the batter into greased idli mould. microwave it for 3 minutes and the idli is ready.

    Transfer them in a plate and repeat the same process and prepared them all.served with sambhar or chutney.
