Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 1/2 kgboiled potato
  2. 2 table spoonghee
  3. 1/2 cupsmall pieces of capsicum
  4. 1lemon juice
  5. 2finely chopped green chilli
  6. 4 table spooncrushed peanut
  7. Rock salt
  8. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. leavesFresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes

    Boil potato, on two whistle. Keep aside & let them cool. Now cut in small square pieces.

    In a pan add ghee,saute capsicum pieces. Now add salt & chilli powder in ghee. Saute it for 2 minutes, add some water for color of chilli.

    Now add potato pieces in pan and stir it continues,till absorb masala. Green chilli also add. Cover it for 3 to 4 min for proper cook.

    When open add crushed peanut, lemon juice, capsicum & coriander leaves. Again cover it for 2 min.

    Leave them for some time for better aroma. Now its ready for serve.
