  1. 2Mango
  2. 500 gramsCurd
  3. 1/2 CupMilk
  4. 2 tbspFresh cream
  5. 3 tbspSugar
  6. 5-6Saffron thread
  7. 1 tbspCashew nuts pieces
  8. 1 tbspAlmond pieces
  9. 1 tbspPistachio pieces

    Wash the mango, peel it, cut it into small pieces and dissolve the saffron in milk.

    Now, add chopped mango, curd, cream, saffron milk and sugar in a mixer jar and mix well. Then Chilled prepared lassi for 1 hour in refrigerator.

    Now, pour it in a glass, garnish with dry fruits, saffron and enjoy the cold mango lassi.
