  2. 2-3 TbspSugar
  3. 1 TbspBlack Salt
  4. 1/2Lemon Juice
  5. 5-6Ice-cubes
  6. Water As Required

    At first, wash the wood apple properly and break it. Scoop out the pulp through with the help of spoon. Soak pulp in water for 1-2 hours. Then mash properly to get pulp and strain to discard seeds and fiber.

    Now add sugar and black salt into the pulp and mix well. Water added as per consistency.

    Add lemon juice and mix everything well. Bel Sharbat is ready now.

    Pour into the glass add ice-cubes and serve chilled and enjoy..... 🥰🥰
