Ingredients

  1. 25 gUrad dal
  2. 25 gChana dal (chickpea dal)
  3. 25 gTuver dal (Toor dal)
  4. 25 gMung dal
  5. 3 tspOil
  6. 1 tspSugar
  7. Salt as required
  8. 1 tspGinger garlic and green chilli paste
  9. 1 tspMustard and cumin seeds
  10. 1Onion
  11. 1Tomato
  12. 3 tspRed chilli powder
  13. Halftsp turmeric powder
  14. 2 piecedry red chilli
  15. 1taj & laving (cassia & cloves)
  16. Lemon
  17. 1 tspSambhar masala
  18. 1 tspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the dal mixture wash it well

    Put all dal in pressure cooker in low flame for 3 whistle

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar this all ingredients in boiled dal

  4. 4

    Now take Vessel Put 1 tsp oil, half tsp mustard seeds and cumin seeds, cloves, cassia pieces, onions, tomatoes pieces
    Than put this on dal
    Put it low flame for 5 minutes
    Than put Sambhar masala and garam masala

    Now for tadka
    2 tsp oil, half tsp cumin seeds, dry red chilli
    Than after adding 2 tsp red chilli powder Put tadka immediately on dal

    Dal tadka is ready
