सबसे पहले सारी सब्जियों को छोटे-छोटे आकार में काट लेना है, इसके बाद में तुवर की दाल को अच्छी तरह से धोकर कुकर में डाल दीजिए अब उसको कर में सारी सब्जियों को मिला दीजिए दो गिलास पानी डालकर, नमक हल्दी आधा चम्मच और थोड़ा सा सांबर मसाला डालकर प्रेशर कुकर को लगाकर गैस चूल्हे पर रख दीजिए

दो या तीन सीटी आने तक सारी सब्जियों को अच्छे से मिक्स होने तक पकाइए, अब सांबर को fry करेंगे ! इसके लिए पेन में सबसे पहले तेल डालें और सरसों के दाने रिंग मेथी दाना कड़ी पत्ता डालकर fry करेंगे आप चाहे तो लाल खड़ी मिर्च भी डाल सकते हैं यह सब फ्री होने के बाद जो सांबर हमने कुकर में पकाई थी वह हम कढ़ाई में डाल देंगे इस तरह से हमारा सांबर का रेसिपी तैयार है
