Nasi Goreng is a quick and spicy Indonesia fried Rice easily made with leftover rice and a few vegetables for health quick bite. Nasi Goreng traditional sered with egg along with salad,meat satay tofu,prawn chips etc.
Nasi Goreng means. ' fried rice ' in Indonesia and Malaysia language. Some time is called The " National Dish of Indonesia" it is normally served during breakfast. I have prepared vegetarian version.

3 persons
  1. 3cup steamed rice
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1छोटा चम्मचfinely chopped garlic
  4. 1छोटा चम्मचfinely chopped green chilli
  5. 1onion cut into slices
  6. 1/4cup finely chopped carrot
  7. 1/4cup finely chopped cabbage
  8. 1/4cup green peas
  9. 1/4cup finely chopped cauliflower
  10. 2finely chopped spring onion (scullion)(withe and green separate)
  11. 3 tbspsweet soy sauce
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 tbspred chilli and garlic paste
  14. 1/2छोटा चम्मचpepper powder
  15. 1/2छोटा चम्मचtamarind extract
  16. For serving:
  17. Salad

    Ready to all ingredients

    Heat oil and saute garlic, green chilli and onion. then add cabbage, carrot and white spring onion and saute half cooked.

    Further add cauliflower and green peas and saute of minutes.

    Then also add green spring onion.now add sweet soy sauce, pepper powder, tamarind extract

    Mix and cook for couple of seconds.

    Finally add rice and salt mix it well and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Now add red chilli and garlic paste cook 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat. Serve hot with rice with salad.
