This methi roti is easy to prepare and healthy. Palatable with Yogurt/ simple chutney/mix veg recipe.

सामग्री

2 to 3 servings
  1. bowlwheat flour 1 bowl chopped methi leaves
  2. 1med onion chopped finely 1 tsp grated ginger
  3. 2green chili de-seeded and chopped finely 1/3 tsp zeera pwd
  4. 1/3ajwain A pinch of haldi pwd Salt to taste
  5. 2 tbspmilk 1 n 1/2 cooking oil/butter/ghee

  1. 1

    Mix oil/butter/ghee and ajwain with the four till it formed like bread crumbs.

    Mix rest all the ingredients except milk. Rest for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Mix both 1 n 2 to make a soft dough by adding required quantity of milk. Rest the methi dough for 15 minutes.

    Roll out roti with roll pin and cook the both sides of rotis in low med heat on a tawa with/without butter/oil as you like.

    Server hot with side items as I mentioned above.
