Cara Membuat

Potong ayam menjadi beberapa bagian.

Siapkan bumbu marinasi ayam, haluskan 8 siung bawang putih, jahe, lengkuas, ketumbar, cabe merah, terasi, tambahkan 5 lbr daun jeruk lalu diamkan dalam wadah sekitar 30 menit.

Sambil menunggu marinasi ayam, siapkan saosnya. Iris tipis cabe rawit, bawang putih sisa, dan wijen sangrai. Beri sejumput garam, gula, penyedap, tambahkan saos cabe, kemudian larutkan dengan air panas aduk merata. Saos sudah siap.

Setelah kurang lebih 30 menit dimarinasi, ayam siap digoreng.
Panaskan minyak, goreng dengan api kecil. Taburkan sedikit wijen sebelum ayam diangkat, lalu tiriskan. - 5
Kocok lepas 2 butir telur tambahkan penyedap dan garam secukupnya. Goreng diminyak panas. Tunggu hingga agak kering, angkat lalu tiriskan

Setelah semua condimen lengkap, chicken Thai sauce with barendo nya siap disajikan.
