I cook fresh beetroot in my rice cooker. It’s so easy. #GlobalApron

Ingredients

10 minutes
1-2 people
  1. 1big beetroot
  2. 1/4onion
  3. 1cucumber
  4. 2red small radish
  5. Green onion
  6. Sesame seeds
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Sesame oil
  10. Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook beetroot in rice cooker. Just put beetroot and water then turn on the switch and cook(boil) beetroot. Then keep it in warm temperature for 3 hours or so. If the beetroot is small, just cook in rice cooker. (no need keep it warm)

    Shred beet root and other vegetables. Take some vegetable.

  3. 3

    Season with salt, pepper and lemon to taste. And pour sesame oil and mix them well.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds.
