Mohanthal

Mohanthal
Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, sift the flour, then mix ghee and milk in it, cover it and keep it covered for 10 minutes, then sift it with a steel sieve.
- 2
Now, heat the ghee, add the flour to it, stir it well and fry it until it turns golden in color. On the other hand, for the syrup, put sugar and water in a pan and make a syrup of one and a half strings on full flame.
- 3
Then, add milk little by little to the roasted flour and keep stirring it on medium flame, then add the syrup and keep stirring it.
- 4
Now, when the mixture thickens, take out a little of the mixture and let it cool down, then make a ball out of it. If the ball becomes properly formed, then it means that our crop is ready.
- 5
Then, turn off the gas flame and spread the mixture in a plate greased with ghee and spread poppy seeds and rose petals on it.
- 6
When it is slightly hot, cut into pieces of your choice and let it cool. A delicious and soft Mohan Thali, just like the one in the market, is ready. Remove it from the serving plate and serve.
