Steps

Bring your lamb chops out of the fridge make sure they're room temperature before cooking ! (Should take about 30 minutes to come to room temperature)

Cook your pasta according to package instructions

Turn the heat to high and add in a bit of vegetable oil to a pan. Pat your lamb chops dry on both sides and season with salt and pepper

Once you see smoke coming from the pan, add in your lamb chops

Cook for 2 minutes then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes before turning the heat off. Then add in honey, 3 cloves of minced garlic and soy sauce. Chilli flakes are optional !

Coat your lamb chops in that honey sauce then remove the lamb chops from the pan leaving the sauce

Turn the heat to medium, add in your chopped onions and the rest of the minced garlic. More chilli flakes are optional. Cook that for 3-4 minutes or until onions are translucent and fragrant

Pour in the heavy cream, if your sauce is to thick add in some pasta water 1 tbsp at a time until desired thickness

Add in your cooking pasta and mix it with the sauce
