In this summer, there can not be a better option than a homemade thandai made without any artificial colours or artificial ingredients.
Steps

Grind all the dry ingredients into to a fine powder and keep aside.

Bring milk to boil in a pot, add sugar and add the saffron strands. Keep stirring. Add 3 tsp grounded powder to milk and mix it well.

Let it get cool. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs. Serve Chilled. Garnish it with rose petals. U can add ice cubes while serving (optional)
