8 porsi
  1. 7egg white
  2. 170 grsugar
  3. 1-1.5 tspcream of tartar
  4. 7egg yolk
  5. 100 grcoconut cream
  6. 5 tbsppandan wanter
  7. Pandan paste
  8. 100 grcooking oil
  9. 160 grall purpose flour
  10. A pinch of salt
  11. 1 tspbaking powder

Cara Membuat

    In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, pandan water, coconut cream and cooking oil. Mix it well.

    Sift in the flour, salt and baking powder into the bowl, mix it well and set aside.

    Meanwhile, in another bowl, pour the egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar. Using a mixer, beat the mixture in one direction at high speed for about 7-10 minutes or until the mixture is stiff.

    Next, pour the egg whites mixture into the egg yolk mixture and then slowly stir it and combine both mixture thoroughly.

    Pour the mixture into a baking pan (do not grease the baking pan with butter).

    Bake it at 160°C for about 45 minutes.
