  1. cupmaida-3
  2. cupdahi -1/4
  3. cupghee -1/2
  4. spoonbaking powder-1/4
  5. Sugar-300 grm
  6. Oil - to deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Maida me baking powder mix kare

    Fir ghee mix kare.

    Ab dahi vi mila lijiye.

    Fir thoda thoda pa pani dalte huye roti ki dough se naram dough guthna hai.

    Magar ise jyada nahi masalna hai.halka sa hi kafi hoga.

    Fir 20 minutes tak dhak kar rakhiye.

    Ab ate ko moti roti beliye aur knife se pieces kijiye.

    Oil halki garam honi chaihiye fir kati hui pieces daliye.

    Sari pieces jab oil ke uper tairne lage tab unhe palatna hai.

    Ise pakne me 10 minutes lagti hai dhimi gas me.

    Jab Brown hojaye tab ise nikalke chasni me dalke chalaiye aur thali me nikal ke sukaiye.

    Cut balusahi ready hai.

    Ise aap 3 weeks tak kisi vi tarah kahi vi kha khilA sakte ho.
