Ingredients

  1. 2 lbstew beef
  2. 1/4 cupflour
  3. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tsppepper
  5. 1 1/2 cupbeef broth
  6. 1 tspworchestershire sauce
  7. 1 clovegarlic
  8. 1 tsppaprika
  9. 4sliced carrots
  10. 3diced potatoes
  11. 2onions,chopped
  12. 1 stalkcelery,sliced
  13. 2 tspKitchen Bouquet(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place meat in crock pot

  2. 2

    Mix flour,salt,pepper and pour over meat. Stir to coat meat with flour

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well

  4. 4

    Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. High 4 to 6 hours

  5. 5

    Stir stew thoroughly before serving
