
Cooking Instructions

Cut the tomatoes into slightly thick round slices.

Cut the mozzarella cheese into round slices as well.

Alternate tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter.

Season with olive oil and salt. If you choose to add the balsamic vinegar, add it here.

Place the basil leaves on top of everything, making a simple decoration. And now you have all Italian colors!

Caprese salad is a beautiful and fresh dish. You may serve it as an appetizer or a side dish.
