  • 1 packagesyellow grape tomatoes
  • 1 packagesfresh mozzarella
  • 1extra virgin olive oil
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 1 packagesfresh basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine tomatoes and cheese in a mixing bowl. Toss with good EVOO.

  2. 2

    Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil

  3. 3

    Variations: Balsamic vinegar, Red wine vinegar, goat cheese, fresh oregano

  4. 4

    Try using larger tomatoes and cheese. Slice them on the bias.
