Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsdark torblerone chocolate or any chocolate
  2. 50 gramsbutter
  3. 1 tbspchop almond nut or any nut (optional add on)
  4. 1large egg
  5. 2 tbspself raising flour or plain flour
  6. buttered and flour on ramekin
  7. 1/2 tbspsoft butter
  8. 1 tbspcocoa powder / Milo powder

Cooking Instructions

    Butter & sprinkle cocoa powder or Milo powder on ramekin or any baking dish

  2. 2

    Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over another bowl of hot water stir until smooth, Gradually stir in egg,then flour & nut and mix well

  3. 3

    Pour all ingredient to a ramekin and bake at 200 C for about 12 -15 minute, then let it cool and sprinkle generously of icing sugar and serve
