Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 3 cupOatmeal/Oats
  4. 3/4 cupsugar
  5. 2/3 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 2eggs
  9. 1 1/3 cupchocolate chips
  10. 3/4 cupunsalted butter at room temp

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix sugar, brown sugar, and butter together first. Then mix the eggs and vanilla extract in well.

    Now use separate bowl to mix flour, oatmeal, baking soda, and salt together

  3. 3

    Mix dry ingredients with the butter/sugar mixture

  4. 4

    Add chocolate chips to the mixture

  5. 5

    Arrange cookie dough on your baking tray/trays. It makes about 23 to 25 cookies. You can use an ice cream scooper to help you out.

    Now bake at 350°F for about 12-14 minutes

  7. 7

    You may add more chocolate chips on top when finished! Great w/ a glass milk!
